This policy explains how Solar Roof Match handles your information. See our legal operator, data-controller identity and contact details.
Information you give us
A quote request includes your name, email, phone number, property address and ZIP code, homeownership, electric-bill range and project timing. We also record the form disclosure you accepted, its version, the receipt time and campaign identifiers supplied in the page URL. A privacy request requires an email address or phone number so we can match your preference to a record. Do not send payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information through these forms.
How we use and share it
We use quote information to review your project, arrange a provider match, respond to your enquiry and document your contact choices. Our team receives submissions through Slack. We use hosting and storage providers, including Vercel and AWS, to operate the site and keep private records.
To fulfil a quote request, we may share the relevant details with a selected solar provider or matching network. Providers may pay for a referral, including through an auction. This exchange may be a sale or sharing of information under applicable privacy laws. View the Solar & Energy Providers directory. Listing a company does not mean every request is sent to it or authorize every listed company to contact you.
We may disclose records when legally required, to investigate fraud, protect rights, or support a lawful business transfer. Providers who receive your request handle their own records under their policies.
Website data
Our hosting services may process IP addresses and standard request logs for delivery and security. The quote page loads fonts from Google, which receives the requests needed to deliver those fonts. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and successful quote requests. Analytics may use first-party cookies and process browser, device, approximate location, referral and campaign information. We do not send quote-form names, phone numbers, email addresses or property addresses to Google Analytics. Optional analytics starts only after you allow it; you can reject it or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Global Privacy Control and a saved site opt-out disable optional tracking. Meta advertising measurement is prepared but disabled on this version; no Meta pixel loads or receives events. Before enabling it, we will update this notice and offer a separate advertising choice. We save a browser-local privacy preference when you use the opt-out form; other browsers or devices will not automatically share that local setting.
Your choices
Use Do Not Sell My Info to record a sale/sharing opt-out. You may also request an end to calls and emails there. The site blocks new quote submissions matching a recorded opt-out; our team handles existing records and provider handoffs. We do not silently reverse an opt-out when a new quote form is submitted. Contact us if you want help changing your preference.
We respect a supported Global Privacy Control signal by preventing this site's quote form from sharing a new request. To match a preference to an existing record, provide the email or phone used previously. For information already received by a provider, you can also contact that provider directly. A privacy request is never treated as a sales lead.
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, object to processing, or appeal a rights decision by emailing hello@matagi.io. We may need proportionate identity or agent-authority verification. We respond within applicable legal time limits and do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
Retention and protection
We retain records for the service, consent evidence, dispute handling and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them when no longer needed. We retain the minimum suppression information necessary to respect opt-outs. Storage is private and encrypted; access is limited to service operations. No system is completely risk-free.
International processing and children
Our operator is based in Estonia. Our vendors and Providers may process information in the EEA, United States and other locations, subject to safeguards where required. This service is for adults. Contact us if a child’s information has been submitted so we can address it.
